Andre Palmer

Andre Palmer has over 12 years of experience working on large-scale business transformation initiatives in Europe, North America and Jamaica. Andre has developed specialized skills in organizational development, strategic planning, consultative sales, change management, cost optimization and process design. He earned a joint B.Sc. in International Relations and Social Psychology from the University of the West Indies and The London Metropolitan University and completed post-graduate studies in International Law and Organisational Psychology from the London School of Economics and Political Science. He also earned professional accreditations in PRINCE2 (Project Management), MSP (Managing Successful Programs), MoR (Management of Risk), NLP (Neuro-Linguistics Programming), Change Management, ITIL and the Scrum Master Certified (SMC) certificate.

At Symptai, Andre is the Regional Business Development Executive where he is responsible for building strategic relationships with organizations across the Caribbean and aligning solutions to tackle some of their most complex business challenges. 

Prior to joining Symptai, Andre spent six years working as a Senior Account Director at Gartner where he was responsible for leading the group's big data strategy portfolio in the UK, Switzerland, Denmark, Sweden, Spain and Portugal. He later moved to the global headquarters in the U.S. to manage the Media and Advertising client portfolio in New York, New Jersey and Connecticut before returning to Jamaica. Prior to Gartner, he managed the Business Development and Account Management teams at Redtray in the United Kingdom where he was responsible for generating revenue for the Project, Program & Portfolio Management (P3O) areas of the practice as well as for the Office of Government Commerce’s (OGC) accredited  Risk and Change Management qualifications.

Andre is a member of the Jamaica Computer Society, One Young World Alumni, a Non-executive Director of European Gateway, and Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Jamaican Association of Debating and Empowerment.
